Day 1: Sightseeing day

8.00: Leave from Bangkok

10.30: Arrive at the Bangrachan Retro Market.

• This special retro market has a retro presentation, they repreca the period in 1765–1767, which is the time of late Adulthood period. The city where we are visiting (Singburi) is considered as one of the barrier cities before entering the capital city of Ayutthaya.
• The shopkeepers are dressing up in the traditional thai dress (for locals which is basic top and salong). Selling Thai dishes, fresh vegetables and fruits, some of the dishes/ snacks are unique to the time.
• At 11.00 AM, the market is hosting the show of the period when they help fighting against the Myanmar army.
• We will spend some time in this market, visiting Thailand in the 18th Century.

12.00: Leave for Ban Muang Village

16.00: Arrive at the village, set up our campsite. Rest

17.30: We will leave to see bats leave the cave.

18.30: Dinner and enjoy the rest of our night.

Day 2: Exercise retreat #1

5.30: Meetup, We will run and enjoy the early morning nature at one of the most beautiful routes in Thailand. 

7.30: Breakfast 

8.30: Rock Climbing at the newest climbing sight in Thailand

11.30: Rock Climbing Done. 

12.00: Lunch and enjoy the view in the village.

16.00: Tractor Sightseeing around the village

18.00: Dinner and enjoy the rest of our night. 

Day 3:  Exercise retreat #1

5.30: Meetup, We will run and enjoy the early morning nature at one of the most beautiful routes in Thailand. 

7.30: Breakfast 

8.30: Rock Climbing at the newest climbing sight in Thailand

11.30: Rock Climbing Done. 

12.00: Lunch and enjoy the view in the village. Tidy up our campsite and check-out.

16.00: Arrive at Khao Nor. We will climb to the peak to see the sunset. 

22.00: Return to Bangkok and the end of our trip.
