Day 1

8.00: Leave from our meeting point to Lam Khlong Ngu National Park (Take around 5 hours with several gas station and lunch breaks)

14.00: Arrive at Lam Khlong Ngu National Park, we will get registration and set up our campsite. 

• Afternoon Activity: Visit Nang Kruan waterfall

18.00: Dinner and we will enjoy the rest of the night

Day 2

6.00: Breakfast 

7.30: Get registration for the trekking with the National Park ranger, safety briefing.

8.30: Transfer to the back of pickup truck to starting point

9.00: Arrive at the trailhead, we will start with trekking to visit the cave. There will be sometime to enjoy the waterfall. The total distance for hiking in the morning is 5 km. 

12.00: Return to the van, lunch, change into dry clothes and return to Bangkok.

18.30-19.30: Arrive back in Bangkok and end of the trip.

• Fitness requirements (requested by National Park)

  • Age between 15-60 years old*
  • Able to swim*
  • No congenital disease*
  • Never been on a serious surgery that request steel brace in the part of the body*

The activities include 

• Trekking up and down from trailhead to waterfall & caves
• Be in the water for a specific amount of time 
• Floating inside the dark cave to the exit with the life jacket 

What the activity look like

• National Park -> Pickup truck to trailhead -> Hike to the cave entrance -> Floating inside the dark cave from the entrance to exit passing 2 waterfall -> Track back to pickup truck -> Pickup truck to National Park
