3 days, 2 nights road trip from Bangkok to Chiangmai. Along the way, we will make multiple stops at both the famous national tourist destination and unseen Thailand, in 6 different provinces on the way up to Chiangmai. 

This trip will be on weekdays, and not include the return ticket from Chiangmai to Bangkok. You can choose to enjoy your time in CM before heading back to Bangkok.

  • Wat Khao Wong Cave: A modern, mountainside Buddhist temple constructed from teak wood, with a pond & a peaceful garden.
  • Hub Pa Tat National Park: Cave and Geo Park. A valley with an abundance of exotic plants, such as Arenga Pinnata.
  • Khao No- Khao Kaew: A limestone mountain that has Wat Khao Lo at its foot. A stairway leads to the cave at the peak where a large Buddha image sits in front.
  • Sukhothai Historical Park: The ruins of Sukhothai, literally ‘dawn of happiness’, capital of the Sukhothai Kingdom in the 13th and 14th centuries, in north central Thailand. 
  • Pha Hob: The beauty of the river that flows through the gorge with steep cliffs. Enjoy steep mountain views through various activities

Day 1: 

8.00: Van leaves from Gas Station near Wutthakat BTS Station bit.ly/31ITSTG. Starting our road trip journey

9.30: Arrive at Muang Temple. We are going to visit 

• Heaven & hell garden 
• Grass hall 
• The biggest buddha image in the world

10.00: Back to the van and continue our journey

12.00: Lunch and visit Wat Khao Wong Cave 

15.00: Arrive at Hub Pa Tat, visit Jurassic park-like.

17.00: Check in at the guest house. Located at the limestone view. 

18.00: Dinner, back to the hotel and enjoy the rest of the evening

Day 2

6.00 – 6.30: Breakfast.

7.00: Check out drive to Khao No- Khao Kaew (Hike to the Peak)

8.00: Arrive at Khao No, and hike to the peak

10.00: Back to the van and we are continue our drive to Sukhothai Historical Park

12.30: Lunch 

14.00: Check in at the hotel

16.00: Leave the hotel to Sukhothai Historical Park

16.30: Arrive at Sukhothai Historical Park, We will rent a bike and go around the Historical park (Safe to ride, no cars)

18.00: Dinner, back to the hotel and enjoy the rest of the evening

Day 3: 

07.00-07.30: Breakfast

08.00: Check out from the hotel and head to Lampang 

11.00: Arrive at Pha Hob, we are going to have lunch then visit a new unseen of Thailand. We are visiting here for bamboo rafting or kayaking, and swimming in the river. (bring dry clothes to change). If the trail is visible, we could do the small trekking to the caves nearby.  

15.00: Back to the van and drive to Chiangmai 

17.00: Arrive at ChiangMai. And end the trip, we can drop of you at the airport or railway
