We need to know exact number of confirmed passengers, since we need to shared the fee and we need to give the driver deposit for his service.

Apart of the transportation fee, according to the tourism law by Thai’s government, we will need to submit the name and total number of passenger for the trip for the recording purpose and apply for the insurance before the trip start.

You will get confirmation, once you make the deposit for your trip.

Once you make the RSVP on meetup, you will be contact by our organizer asking for deposit. Please reply the message by 2 days to keep on on the priority list.

First come, first serve policy. Member on the Going-list will be contacted first, without reply on the meetup message, we will contact member on the wait list.

According to the Tourism Law, all the tourist in the trip need to be covered by the insurance that show on the paper issued by the travel company (Meetup). We are charging 100 THB for 1-2 days, and 200 for 3-4 days trip.

  • Notify by 8 days or more: Full refund available
  • Notify less than 7-0 days: No refund available

If the transportation is needed. All the passengers need to get confirmation for their spot before the trip. However, please contact organizer if you need to do so.

Please contact your organizer if you cannot make it on time. We have 15 minute waiting policy. if you missed the trip, we are not able to give you refund.

The full refund applies if you ask for refund 8 days before the trip start. There’s no refund policy for no-show.

Cash on the spot is not in our policy, however please contact your organizer to discuss.
